Siren Gold Raises AU$4 Million to Advance Resource Definition and Exploration

Siren Gold Limited (ASX: SNG) has secured firm commitments to raise AU$4 million through a placement to institutional, sophisticated, and professional investors. The capital raise, priced at AU$0.05 per share with one attaching option for every two shares (exercisable at AU$0.10 until May 2027), will fund key exploration and development activities.

Proceeds will primarily support over 2,000 metres of infill diamond drilling and 1,000 metres of exploration drilling at the Sams Creek Gold Project, alongside metallurgical and geotechnical test work to enhance the Mineral Resource Estimate. Additional funds will enable geological mapping and sampling at the Langdons and Queen Charlotte Antimony–Gold projects in New Zealand. The placement will be completed in two tranches, with a portion issued under existing capacity and the remainder subject to shareholder approval. Lead managers for the raise were Evolution Capital Pty Ltd and Prenzler Group, with options also issued to Evolution Capital.
