Siren Gold Secures Key Antimony-Gold Exploration Permit in New Zealand

May 06, 2025

Siren Gold Limited (ASX: SNG) has been granted the Queen Charlotte Exploration Permit, marking a strategic expansion of its antimony and gold portfolio in New Zealand. This permit includes the historic Endeavour mine, once the country’s largest antimony producer. The site contains a mineralised zone extending over 1,200 meters in strike and 400 meters in vertical extent, with potential to connect to nearby mineralisation, extending the strike length to 5–6 km. Previous assays confirmed significant antimony and gold presence, with metallurgical tests yielding a 63% antimony concentrate at 90% recovery. Siren now operates three key projects: Sams Creek (gold), Langdons (antimony-gold), and Queen Charlotte. With antimony designated as a critical mineral and prices exceeding US$50,000/t, the company is positioned to capitalise on rising strategic demand. Next steps include applying for environmental permits, fieldwork, and defining drill targets to unlock the full potential of the Endeavour system
