Solis Minerals Raises AU$5.9 Million to Advance Peru Copper Portfolio

Solis Minerals Limited (ASX: SLM) has received firm commitments to raise AU$5.9 million through a placement of 118 million new shares at AU$0.05 each, attracting strong support from institutional and sophisticated investors. The Chairman and CEO will also participate, investing AU$150,000 in Tranche 2, subject to shareholder approval.

Funds will accelerate acquisition and exploration of the Cucho Copper Project, complete drilling at Ilo Este, and initiate drilling at Cinto later in Q4 2025. These projects, along with Chancho al Palo and others across Peru’s Coastal Belt, form a robust pipeline of copper-gold opportunities. CEO Mitch Thomas said the raise underscores confidence in Solis’ strategy to unlock large-scale copper-gold deposits across South America. CPS Capital Group acted as Lead Manager, with 20 million unlisted options to be issued to brokers upon shareholder approval.
