Tasman Resources Secures AU$2 million to Drive Exploration Growth

Tasman Resources Ltd (ASX: TAS) revealed it has secured approximately AU$2 million through a two-stage share placement, attracting strong participation from both institutional and sophisticated investors. The funds will primarily support a high-impact drilling program at the company’s Parkinson Dam project, targeting gold, silver, copper, and base metals. Additional proceeds will be used for working capital, exploration of new critical and precious metal opportunities in Australia and the USA, and potential loan support to Eden Innovations Ltd, in which Tasman holds a 19% stake. The offering, overseen by Peak Asset Management, received significant interest and strong support from a range of new investors. Tasman also revealed upcoming board changes, with corporate finance expert Louis Varrasso set to join as a non-executive director following the next AGM, while long-serving director Guy Le Page will resign. The company continues to prioritise the growth of its exploration portfolio while striving to deliver greater value for its shareholders.
