Wellnex Life Announces CEO Resignation and Loan Repayment Agreement

Wellnex Life Limited (ASX: WNX) has announced the resignation of Mr. Zack Bozinovski as Director and Chief Executive Officer. He will remain with the company until 21 April 2026 in an advisory capacity during his six-month notice period, stepping down from the Board effective immediately. The Board has initiated a search for a new CEO, while Executive Chairman Mr. Ash Vesali will temporarily oversee day-to-day operations.

Additionally, the company disclosed that it has received a loan of AU$2.3 million, inclusive of principal and accrued interest, from Mr. Bozinovski and his wife. Although the loan is now due for immediate repayment, both parties have agreed to finalize a repayment schedule by 31 October 2025, ensuring full settlement by 20 April 2026. The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Bozinovski’s leadership and contributions, extending best wishes for his future endeavors as the company transitions to new management.
