SPC Global Delivers Strong FY25 Performance and Sets Growth Path for FY26

SPC Global Holdings Ltd (ASX: SPG) reported net revenue of AU$376.2 million for FY25, with normalised EBITDA of AU$30.3 million, ahead of guidance. Despite merger-related one-off costs totaling AU$27.3 million, underlying performance remained robust, with the second half contributing 75% of annual EBITDA. The Nature One division was a key driver, delivering AU$13.6 million in EBITDA and accounting for 45% of group earnings, supported by strong demand across Asia. The company successfully expanded distribution agreements in Hong Kong, South Korea, Vietnam, and China, and launched new product lines including Juice Lab wellness shots and Ardmona tomato sauces. Inventory levels were managed in line with targets at AU$142.2 million, with a plan to reduce to AU$110 million by December 2025. Looking forward, SPC Global is targeting a 25% increase in EBITDA for FY26, underpinned by synergies, international expansion, and operational efficiencies.
