Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX) has successfully secured AU$3.25 million in funding through a placement of 65 million fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.05 per share, with one free attaching option for every five shares, exercisable at AU$0.10 until 30 June 2026. This placement received strong backing from new and existing institutional investors, demonstrating confidence in the company’s growth strategy.
The funds raised will be allocated to settling AU$1.5 million in debt, with AU$1.75 million supporting working capital needs and expansion into Asia-Pacific and European markets. Sprintex is capitalizing on its recent sales momentum, including a US$225,800 (AU$359,669) order from Euroteck Environmental Pty—Ltd.—marking entry into the Indian market under a broader AU$7 million agreement. Additionally, Sprintex will showcase its high-speed motor and compressor technology at Hannover Messe 2025 while strengthening distribution partnerships, which currently have a global minimum order value of AU$35 million over five years.
