SSH Group Ltd (ASX: SSH) has successfully secured AU$2.75 million in a strongly supported capital raise to fuel the expansion of its mining services operations. The placement includes a cornerstone investment of AU$1.1 million from Ross Stewart Norgard, a prominent Australian businessman and founding Chairman of Brockman Mining and Nearmap, both of which grew to exceed US$1 billion in market capitalisation.
The raise attracted significant participation from institutional funds, industry executives, sophisticated investors, and existing shareholders. SSH will issue over 26 million shares at AU$0.105 each, accompanied by 1-for-2 unlisted options. Proceeds will support the development of the Mt Fisher and Gold Duke projects, strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and general working capital.
The capital injection strengthens SSH’s financial position as it advances its vertically integrated mining services platform across Western Australia, positioning the company for sustainable long-term growth and value creation.
