Stavely Minerals Secures AU$1.9 million to Advance Gold Exploration

Stavely Minerals Limited (ASX: SVY) has successfully raised AU$1.9 million through a placement at AU$0.014 per share, offering one free option for every two shares at an AU$0.04 strike price expiring 30 November 2026. The placement includes director participation of AU$70,420, pending shareholder approval, with Peak Asset Management as lead manager. Funds will primarily support soil auger, aircore, and RC drilling, along with geochemical analysis at the Fairview North and South gold prospects, and advance the S41 breccia-hosted gold prospect toward drilling later in 2025. Approximately 135.7 million shares will be issued across ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A capacities, with settlement expected by 11 August 2025. The placement was offered at AU $0.014 per share, reflecting a 22% reduction compared to both the recent closing price and the five-day volume-weighted average price of AU$0.018.
