Strong Profit Growth and Strategic Acquisitions Drive FY25 Performance.

Aug 19, 2025

XRF Scientific Limited (ASX: XRF) delivered a solid FY25 performance, highlighted by a record profit of AU$10.4 million, up 17% from FY24, despite a slight 1% dip in revenue to AU$59.5 million. Operating cash flow rose to AU$10.1 million, and shareholders benefited from a fully franked dividend of 4.5 cents per share. A record quarterly profit of AU$4.3 million in Q4 was driven by consumable sales, Orbis crusher demand, and international market growth.

Strategic acquisitions strengthened operations, with the purchase of the remaining 50% of Orbis Mining for AU$3.91 million and 100% of Labfit for AU$1.16 million. Consumables revenue grew 2% with a 26% profit increase, while precious metals demand remained steady. Capital equipment revenue rose 4%, though NPBT declined due to product mix. With a strong net cash position of AU$11.1 million and global demand from mining and industrial sectors, the company is well-positioned for continued growth into FY26.
