Sunstone Advances Corporate Partnership Talks Amid Major Gold-Copper Discoveries.

Sunstone Metals Ltd. (ASX: STM) continues to progress partnership discussions and due diligence with multiple global majors regarding its key projects, El Palmar and Bramaderos, with further site visits scheduled in the June quarter. These talks explore corporate transactions and farm-in agreements aimed at unlocking value from its significant copper-gold discoveries. A non-binding indicative offer is under active discussion, while confidentiality remains intact as new parties express interest.

At El Palmar, a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 1.2Moz AuEq was declared at the T1 target, with an additional exploration target of up to 45Moz AuEq across other zones. Meanwhile, Bramaderos hosts an MRE of 2.7Moz AuEq and further exploration targets of up to 8.6Moz AuEq. Corporate funding was strengthened with an AU$4.0 million capital raise, while cash at quarter-end stood at $0.9 million.
