Taiton Advances Exploration at Challenger West and Highway Projects

Taiton Resources Limited (ASX: T88) has successfully completed a heritage survey at its Challenger West and Highway Projects in South Australia, undertaken in collaboration with the Antakirinja Matu-Yankunytjatjara people. The survey supports upcoming drill programs aimed at testing gold anomalies at Challenger West and a significant gravity anomaly with coincident rare earth element geochemical signatures at the Highway Project. An Electronic-Environment Protection and Rehabilitation (E-PEPR) application has also been submitted to the Department for Energy and Mining to progress these programs.

Challenger West, located near the 1.2 million-ounce Challenger deposit, shows potential for gold, uranium, and tungsten mineralisation, while the Highway Project is strategically positioned between IOCG and gold deposits within the Gawler Craton. Taiton believes modern exploration methods will enhance discovery potential in these underexplored areas, with opportunities to identify both gold and critical mineral systems.
