Talius Group Secures AU$4.0 Million Placement to Drive Growth

Talius Group Limited (ASX: TAL) has successfully secured binding commitments for an AU$4.0 million placement of new fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.080 per share, representing a 7% discount to the 30-day VWAP and a 1.2% discount to the last closing price. The capital raise, led by Cygnet Capital, was initially targeted at AU$2.0 million but was upsized due to overwhelming investor demand, with participation from institutional, sophisticated, and high-net-worth investors. Proceeds from the placement, alongside existing cash reserves, will fund enhancements to the Talius Platform and support working capital for continued growth and commercial expansion.

Managing Director Graham Russell stated that the strong investor response reflects confidence in Talius’ scalable remote care and monitoring technology and its strategic positioning within the evolving Aged Care sector. With the upcoming Aged Care Act and growing global opportunities through the Wesco Anixter partnership, Talius is well-capitalised to execute its expansion strategy and deliver enhanced shareholder value.
