TMK Energy Advances Pilot Production at Gurvantes XXXV

TMK Energy Limited (ASX: TMK) has successfully completed the LF-07 pilot production well at its 100%-owned Gurvantes XXXV Coal Seam Gas Project, with commissioning now underway and production expected to commence shortly. At the same time, the Company conducted preventative maintenance on LF-06, including pump cleaning and wellbore clearing, which has since been restored to production. With seven producing wells now online, TMK has built sufficient redundancy to enable cost-efficient scheduled maintenance and improved reservoir management.

CEO Dougal Ferguson highlighted that the drilling phase is complete, with no major capital expenditure planned in the near term, shifting focus toward maximising water and gas production. The refined reservoir management plan aims to accelerate depressurisation, a key step toward proving resource commerciality. Data from LF-07, located centrally among other pilot wells, will provide important insights into reservoir pressure reduction. By August 2025, all seven wells are expected to operate at optimal rates, positioning TMK to progress the project while maintaining a lean cost base and seeking development partners.
