Verbrec Secures Over AU$11 million in Strategic Engineering Contracts

Verbrec Limited (ASX: VBC), a prominent ASX-listed engineering and infrastructure services provider, has secured more than AU$11 million in new contracts, reinforcing its presence in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The company was awarded AU$6.8 million in Commonwealth Defence electrical system upgrades and maintenance, and AU$2.7 million in South Australian water infrastructure projects, including a major control system upgrade and vacuum pump station design. Additionally, Verbrec secured a AU$1.6 million contract for early works and constructability design of a gas pipeline and associated facilities. These projects, many scheduled for FY2026 revenue recognition, reflect Verbrec's commitment to growth areas such as water security and the gas market transition. The company also reported a strong financial outlook for H2 FY2025, with improved EBITDA and NPAT compared to previous periods. Strengthened client relationships and disciplined cost management have contributed to a robust balance sheet and ongoing profitability.
