Western Gold Resources: Court Orders Share Disposal by Substantial Shareholders

Western Gold Resources (ASX: WGR) has been informed that two of its substantial shareholders, Incor Holdings Limited and Pangaea Resources Limited, are subject to Supreme Court of Western Australia orders requiring them to transfer their shares in WGR to Harder Investments Limited.

To facilitate this process, Incor and Pangaea have agreed to appoint corporate advisory firm GTT Ventures Pty Ltd to oversee an orderly off-market sale of their respective stakes—approximately 7.11% and 6.78% of WGR’s issued capital. The proceeds from the sale, net of applicable fees, will be remitted to Harder Investments. This arrangement is pending court approval. WGR emphasizes that it is not a party to these legal proceedings or the share transfer. The Company will continue to monitor developments and update the market by its continuous disclosure obligations.
