WT Financial Group Expands via Strategic JV and Targeted Acquisitions

WT Financial Group Limited (ASX: WTL) continues its expansion through its 50/50 joint venture with Merchant Wealth Partners, establishing investment entity “Investco.” The joint venture has launched its first "Hubco," now incorporated as Titan Advice Group (TAG), uniting three financial planning firms under a corporatised structure. TAG has also initiated an AU$2.8 million debt-funded acquisition of Rushby Financial, with founder Richard Rushby remaining onboard.

Simultaneously, Investco is forming a second Hubco by acquiring Select Advice Group and Newleaf Tailored Financial Solutions. The structure enables further acquisitions, with WTL playing a key role in origination and due diligence. These initiatives mark WTL’s strategic pivot towards a scalable acquisition-led growth model while maintaining entrepreneurial autonomy for its partners.

With a network of 400+ advice practices and a strong B2C arm, WTL aims to deliver long-term value by supporting high-potential firms with patient capital and growth expertise
