xReality Group Secures AU$2 Million to Accelerate Global Expansion of Operator.

xReality Group Limited (ASX: XRG) has successfully raised AU$2 million through a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors, issuing 80 million shares at AU$0.025 each—a 17% discount to the 30-day VWAP. The capital raise was well supported by new institutional backers, strengthening the Company’s shareholder base.

The proceeds will be directed toward expanding the commercial footprint of Operator XR, xReality’s virtual reality training platform, with a particular focus on scaling into global law enforcement and military markets. The placement will be settled on 30 June 2025, with the new shares expected to begin trading on 1 July 2025. Conducted under the Company’s existing placement capacity per ASX Listing Rule 7.1, the raise requires no shareholder approval. xReality Group views this funding as a strategic step in executing its international growth strategy and welcomes its new institutional investors on board.
