Zeotech Completes Largest Commercial-Scale AusPozz Concrete Demonstration.

Zeotech Limited (ASX: ZEO) has successfully completed its largest commercial-scale concrete demonstration pour using AusPozz, a low-carbon, high-reactivity metakaolin product designed to replace traditional cement. The trial involved over 100 cubic metres of concrete (17 truckloads) incorporating around 8 tonnes of AusPozz, marking a major milestone in validating its performance as a supplementary cementitious material. The pour, conducted in Queensland, showcased compatibility with batching plants, transportation, pumping, and placement systems, while achieving strong technical results.

The demonstration attracted more than 35 key stakeholders, including Holcim Australia, Cement Australia, Boral, and government agencies, all assessing AusPozzs real-world potential. Feedback highlighted its ease of handling, workability, and superior strength development, with no cracking observed after 72 hours. The trial has already sparked commercial opportunities, including larger-scale pours, windfarm cement replacement designs, and potential offtake agreements, positioning AusPozz as a cost-effective enabler for decarbonising the construction industry.
