Aristocrat Continues Share Buy-back Programme with Additional On-market Purchases
Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL) has provided an update on its ongoing on-market share buy-back programme, confirming the repurchase of 192,641 ordinary shares on 23 July 2026 for a total consideration of approximately AU$11.9 million. The latest purchases increase the cumulative number of shares bought back under the programme to 26.93 million shares, with total capital returned reaching approximately AU$1.52 billion. The buy-back forms part of the Company's broader capital management strategy following the extension of the programme to 12 May 2027 and the increase in its aggregate size to up to AU$2.5 billion. During the latest trading session, Aristocrat repurchased shares at prices ranging from AU$61.40 to AU$62.89 per share, remaining within the maximum permitted price under ASX Listing Rule 7.33. The continued execution of the buy-back reflects the Company's disciplined approach to capital allocation and returning value to shareholders.
