Piche Resources Launches AU$2.5 Million Entitlement Offer to Fund Growth
Piche Resources Limited (ASX: PR2) has announced a non-renounceable 1-for-1 pro-rata entitlement offer to raise approximately AU$2.5 million before costs. Eligible shareholders can subscribe for new shares at AU$0.018 each and will receive one free attaching option for every three new shares acquired. The company intends to use the proceeds to accelerate exploration across its Argentinian projects, pursue new project acquisition opportunities, and strengthen working capital.
The company also outlined planned board changes, with Gerard O'Donovan expected to join as a Non-Executive Director following the successful completion of the raising, while Clark Beyer has resigned from the board. In addition, Piche has appointed Cumulus Wealth as lead manager and is exploring underwriting arrangements alongside a potential AU$1 million top-up placement, subject to shareholder approval. These initiatives are designed to support the company's exploration strategy while enhancing its financial flexibility for future growth opportunities.
