Australian Dairy Nutritionals Limited Announces Second Quarter FY26 Financial Performance
Australian Dairy Nutritionals Limited (ASX: AHF) has reported its financial results for Q2 FY26, providing a comprehensive update on its financial performance. The Group achieved consolidated revenue of AU$1.4 million for Q2 FY26, with nutritional powder sales of AU$776k, reflecting a 152% increase compared to the prior corresponding period (Q2 FY25). This growth was driven by an expansion in the distribution of the Future brand in China and contract pack sales to key customers.
However, total revenue saw a 19% decrease on pcp, primarily due to stock returns in Vietnam and lower milk and livestock sales following the exit from the North Brucknell farm lease. Despite this, H1 FY26 total revenue is 15% ahead of pcp, with strong growth expected in H2 FY26, bolstered by ongoing distribution expansion in China and resolution of the regulatory issue in Vietnam. Cash outflows from operations for Q2 FY26 were AU$1.11 million, and the Group ended the quarter with AU$809k in cash holdings.
