Centrepoint Completes Cairns Wealth and Pinnacle Wealth Acquisitions
Centrepoint Alliance Limited (ASX: CAF) has completed the acquisitions of the client books and servicing advisers of Cairns Wealth and Pinnacle Wealth, strengthening its salaried financial advice business and expanding its recurring revenue base. The transactions were finalised on 1 July 2026 through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Financial Advice Matters Pty Ltd (FAM).
The acquisitions carried an aggregate purchase consideration of AU$3.00 million, with the final settlement amount totalling AU$2,902,476.97 after standard completion adjustments and annual leave provisions of AU$97,523.03 relating to three advisers who joined Centrepoint Alliance as part of the transaction. The completed acquisitions support the company’s strategy of growing its financial advice operations through selective acquisitions of established client portfolios while enhancing long-term recurring earnings. Centrepoint expects the expanded adviser network and larger client base to strengthen its integrated financial services offering, which spans licensee services, financial advice, investment solutions, platform services and lending solutions across Australia.
