OncoSil Medical Limited Strengthens Clinical Position Through European Cancer Consortium
OncoSil Medical Limited (ASX: OSL) has secured participation in the PALACROS research consortium, a significant European initiative focused on advancing treatment options for patients with unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer. The company will contribute to the PULSE Phase II clinical trial, which will assess repeat treatment with the OncoSil device in 120 patients across five specialist centres following induction chemotherapy. By supplying its devices while avoiding the operational costs of sponsoring the trial, OncoSil expects to achieve estimated savings of approximately AU$9 million. The collaboration also provides access to valuable clinical evidence that may support future regulatory approvals and commercial growth. If the study delivers favourable outcomes, broader clinical adoption of the OncoSil™ device could increase treatment volumes and strengthen long-term revenue opportunities.
