SKY Advances Tallebung with New High-Grade Tin-Tungsten-Silver Drilling Results
Sky Metals Limited (ASX: SKY) has reported additional shallow, high-grade tin, tungsten and silver drill results from its wholly owned Tallebung Project in New South Wales, reinforcing the project's expansion potential beyond the recently upgraded Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE). The latest drilling, completed after the MRE cut-off, delivered encouraging intercepts including 29 metres at 0.31% tin and 0.04% tungsten, 26 metres at 0.27% tin, 0.07% tungsten and 23.3 g/t silver, as well as high-grade tungsten intervals reaching 4.32%. These outcomes indicate that mineralisation remains open in multiple directions and could support future resource growth.
The new results build on previously announced post-MRE drilling and are expected to be assessed in future resource updates, strengthening confidence in the scale and continuity of the Tallebung deposit. Management believes the project continues to evolve into a significant near-term Australian tin-tungsten-silver development opportunity, supported by expanding shallow mineralisation and growing geological confidence. The Pre-Feasibility Study remains on schedule for completion later this month, while additional drilling planned in the coming weeks is expected to target further resource growth, potential mine life extensions and continued progress toward project development and regulatory approvals.
