BLS Pharmaceuticals Delivers Record FY26 Performance
BLS Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: BLS) reported a record FY2026 performance, reflecting strong commercial execution and expanding international operations. The company generated FY26 revenue of AU$75 million, reaching the top end of its upgraded guidance, while adjusted EBITDA climbed to AU$19 million, up 190% from FY25. Q4 FY26 revenue reached a record AU$22.5 million, supported by AU$20.7 million in customer receipts and a record operating cash flow of AU$6.3 million. BLS ended the period with AU$13.3 million in cash, underpinned by solid cash conversion and effective working capital control. The company continues to manufacture and distribute regulated pharmaceutical products, including medicinal cannabis, psilocybin and MDMA, through its GMP-certified platform.
The company also strengthened its growth pipeline through new international partnerships and capacity expansion. Key milestones included a AU$50 million European supply agreement, the first commercial shipment into Costa Rica, an expanded partnership with Aurora Cannabis, and ongoing development of its UK manufacturing facility. BLS is increasing production capacity beyond AU$250 million annually while broadening its product portfolio to include additional regulated therapeutics. Management believes its integrated pharmaceutical manufacturing platform, global licence portfolio and expanding commercial network position the company to capture opportunities across regulated pharmaceutical markets and support long-term growth.
