IperionX Limited (ASX: IPX) delivered a strong June 2026 quarter, advancing both its titanium manufacturing operations and critical minerals business. The company maintained continuous production at its Virginia facility, where its proprietary HAMR™ process consistently achieved Grade 5 titanium quality. Although temporary furnace maintenance reduced production volumes, operations quickly resumed, and the company remains on track to reach an annualised titanium powder production capacity of around 200 tonnes by the end of 2026. Commissioning of a new 300-ton SACMI press and additional sintering furnaces significantly expanded downstream manufacturing capability, supporting the production of advanced titanium components for customers in defence, aerospace, automotive and industrial markets. Customer programs also progressed through prototype development, qualification testing and new purchase orders, reflecting growing commercial momentum.
Beyond manufacturing, IperionX strengthened its long-term growth strategy through major project and funding milestones. The Titan Critical Minerals Project's Definitive Feasibility Study confirmed robust project economics, while the acquisition of the adjacent Atlas project expanded the company's critical minerals footprint with valuable infrastructure and high-grade mineral stockpiles. The company also continued scaling its titanium production roadmap with strong support from the U.S. Government, including funding for its planned 1,400-tonne annual capacity expansion. Financially, IperionX ended the quarter with US$35.2 million in cash, which increased to an estimated pro-forma balance of approximately US$84 million following a US$50 million public offering and government reimbursements. These developments provide the company with significant financial flexibility to accelerate manufacturing expansion, technology development and commercialisation initiatives.
