Euroz Hartleys Proposes AU$23 Million Capital Return to Shareholders.

Euroz Hartleys Group Limited (ASX: EZL) has proposed a capital return of approximately AU$23 million to shareholders, equating to 14 cents per share. This initiative marks the completion of the company’s two-year strategic plan to simplify its corporate structure, following an equal capital reduction in 2022. The return is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting scheduled for 18 July 2025.

The company maintains a robust financial position, with a reported cash balance of AU$79 million and investments totaling AU$19.5 million as of 31 May 2025. If approved, shareholders recorded by 29 July will receive payment on 5 August 2025. No shares will be cancelled under this initiative. Executive Chairman Andrew McKenzie highlighted that this move continues the company’s long-standing commitment to shareholder returns, which has reached AU$388 million in dividends and capital over 25 years.
