Integral Diagnostics Welcomes New CEO to Lead Next Phase of Growth
Integral Diagnostics Limited (ASX: IDX) has announced that Jason Martinez has officially commenced as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, marking the beginning of the Company's next phase of leadership. Mr Martinez brings more than two decades of experience across the diagnostic imaging and healthcare sectors, most recently serving as Executive General Manager for New South Wales, ACT and Western Australia at I-MED Radiology, where he led acquisitions, business growth and operational improvements. He joins Integral Diagnostics with a focus on enhancing patient outcomes, driving innovation and supporting long-term business expansion across Australia and New Zealand. The leadership transition follows the retirement of Dr Ian Kadish after a decade as Managing Director and CEO, during which he oversaw significant growth and transformation of the business. Mr Martinez and Chief Financial Officer Craig White are scheduled to present the Company's FY26 audited financial results on 25 August 2026.
