L1 Group Limited: AuM Growth and Performance Fee Update
L1 Group Limited (ASX: L1G) reported a solid increase in assets under management (AUM) during the December 2025 quarter, reflecting favourable investment performance and net inflows. Total AUM rose by approximately AU$700 million quarter-on-quarter to AU$17.6 billion as at 31 December 2025. Growth was primarily driven by strong inflows into L1 Global Long Short strategies, partly supported by capital raised through a recent entitlement offer and placement. This was partially offset by continued outflows from legacy Platinum-branded strategies. A key contributor to segmental shifts was the transition of management of Platinum’s international equity funds to L1 International from October 2025, resulting in a meaningful increase in L1 International AUM alongside a decline in Platinum-branded AUM.
In addition, L1 Group expects realised performance fees of approximately AU$37–39 million for the period, including around AU$32 million of in-perimeter performance fees. Strong first-half investment performance has enabled the group to recognise its full-year entitlement to these fees in the first half of the financial year
