6K Additive Secures Historic US$27.4 Million EXIM Loan to Accelerate U.S. Manufacturing Expansion.

6K Additive (ASX: 6KA) has received approval for a landmark US$27.4 million loan from the Export-Import Bank of the United States, marking the first coordinated deal between EXIM’s Make More in America Initiative and the U.S. Department of War’s DPA Title III program. Supported by the US$23.4 million DPA grant and A$48 million raised through its IPO, the company now has enhanced financial flexibility to pursue growth beyond its planned fivefold increase in metal powder production at its Burgettstown, Pennsylvania headquarters.

The funding will enable construction of four new buildings and acquisition of advanced equipment for refining titanium, nickel and high-performance alloy powders critical to aerospace, defense and strategic industries. This expansion is expected to create over fifty U.S. jobs and further strengthens 6K Additive’s role in securing domestic supply chains while scaling sustainable, high-quality metal powder manufacturing.
