E79 Gold Mines Limited-Completion of Cue Metals Acquisition
E79 Gold Mines Limited (ASX: E79) has finalised its acquisition of Cue Metals, securing 90% ownership and full rights to the highly prospective Cue Gold Project in Western Australia. With all conditions of the binding agreement satisfied and 14.29 million shares issued, the Company is set to accelerate exploration activities. A high-resolution ground gravity survey will commence in mid-December, designed to define key gold-fertile structures and guide targeting across the project.
E79 has also strengthened its leadership with the appointment of Matthew Bowles as Non-Executive Director, bringing over two decades of mining, M&A, and corporate growth experience, including his recent success advancing the Sandstone Gold Project and leading Alto Metals through a takeover. Preparations are underway for heritage agreements and the exercise of the option to acquire six additional tenements. E79 Gold plans to deliver further updates as it advances exploration and works to unlock the project’s significant potential.
