Anteris Advances PARADIGM Trial as U.S. Recruitment and Reimbursement Framework Take Shape
Anteris Technologies Global Corp. (ASX: AVR) strengthened execution of its global PARADIGM Trial during the second quarter of 2026, advancing the DurAVR® Transcatheter Heart Valve toward potential commercialisation. The Company secured U.S. Medicare reimbursement eligibility for qualifying trial procedures, removing an important financial barrier for participating clinical sites. U.S. patient recruitment commenced in May, while active enrolment continued in Denmark and the Netherlands and regulatory clearance was obtained in Canada and France. Selected Australian centres are also progressing through preliminary requirements ahead of potential activation. The approximately 1,000-patient randomised PARADIGM Trial is designed to compare DurAVR® directly with commercially available transcatheter aortic valve replacements. Investment in trial execution, manufacturing scale-up and quality capabilities resulted in quarterly net operating cash outflows of US$20.8 million, while research and development expenditure reached US$23.4 million. Anteris remains focused on expanding trial participation and generating the clinical evidence required to support DurAVR®'s pathway toward commercialisation.
