Bravura Solutions Reports Strong FY26 Earnings and Expands Shareholder Returns
Bravura Solutions Limited (ASX: BVS) delivered improved underlying results in FY26, supported by higher customer revenue and stronger operating efficiency. Underlying revenue from customers increased 9.6% to AU$282.6 million, while underlying Cash EBITDA reached AU$77.1 million. Underlying NPAT rose sharply to AU$63.1 million, compared with AU$24.4 million in FY25. The company finished the financial year with AU$50.3 million in cash and no debt.
Bravura also strengthened its capital management program, declaring a final dividend of 15.0 cents per share, including ordinary and special components. Additionally, the company plans an on-market share buyback of up to AU$50 million and has arranged AU$100 million in new debt facilities with HSBC.
For FY27, Bravura expects revenue between AU$280 million and AU$300 million, while Cash EBITDA is anticipated to range from AU$84 million to AU$94 million.
