SEEK Delivers Strong FY26 Earnings Growth as APAC Yield and AI Strategy Gain Momentum

SEEK Limited (ASX: SEK) delivered a strong FY26 performance, supported by higher yield, operating leverage and continued execution across its APAC employment marketplace. Net revenue increased 10% to AU$1,199 million, while EBITDA rose 15% to AU$530 million and adjusted profit advanced 28% to AU$199 million. APAC yield grew 18%, marking the sixth consecutive year of double-digit growth, while placement share remained stable across Australia and Asia. SEEK also completed its freemium rollout across Asia, with early indicators supporting the strategy and H2 FY26 revenue increasing 10% in constant currency. Free cash flow improved 21% to AU$246 million, while the net leverage ratio declined to 1.8x, remaining within the Company’s target. SEEK declared a record full-year dividend of 52 cents per share. Looking ahead, FY27 guidance targets net revenue of AU$1,210–AU$1,280 million and EBITDA of AU$530–AU$580 million, with continued investment in AI and product innovation supporting the Company’s growth strategy.
