Can Lycopodium’s Expanding Project Pipeline Drive a Strong Earnings Rebound in FY27?
Lycopodium Limited (ASX: LYL) has outlined a strong FY27 outlook after FY26 revenue increased 11% to AU$377.5 million, supported by expanding project activity across its global operations. While FY26 NPAT declined 5% to AU$40.2 million, the company retained a strong balance sheet with AU$106.2 million in cash, minimal debt and robust operating cash flows. Lycopodium’s current portfolio includes more than 90 resource studies, over 50 resource projects and AU$661 million of committed contracts, alongside an approximately AU$1.4 billion potential revenue opportunity pipeline. Growth is being supported by project wins across Australia, Africa and the Americas, while geographic diversification is strengthening its medium- to long-term opportunity base. For FY27, Lycopodium expects revenue of AU$540–580 million and NPAT of AU$54–58 million, implying approximately 50% and 40% growth, respectively, at the midpoint versus FY26.
