SHAPE Australia Delivers Record FY26 Growth as Diversification Strategy Gains Momentum
SHAPE Australia Corporation Limited (ASX: SHA) delivered a strong FY26 performance, with revenue exceeding AU$1.2 billion, representing 30% growth from AU$956.9 million in FY25. EBITDA climbed 53% to AU$50.1 million, while NPAT advanced 50% to AU$31.7 million, supported by disciplined project selection, cost controls and broader sector exposure.
Project wins increased 37% to AU$1.3 billion, while earnings per share rose 49% to 38.1 cents. SHAPE also declared total FY26 dividends of 32.0 cents per share, including an 18.0-cent fully franked final dividend.
Diversification remained a key growth driver, with data-centre revenue reaching AU$109.1 million and Modular by SHAPE revenue rising to AU$74.1 million. Looking ahead, SHAPE enters FY27 with AU$628.4 million in backlog orders and an identified pipeline of approximately AU$4.8 billion, providing a solid foundation for continued sector, regional and capability expansion.
