OD6 Metals Pursues U.S. OTCQB Quotation to Broaden Investor Access
OD6 Metals Limited (ASX: OD6) has commenced the process of seeking quotation of its ordinary shares on the U.S. OTCQB Venture Market as it expands its North American presence around the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada. The proposed quotation is intended to improve visibility and trading accessibility for U.S. investors while OD6 retains its primary ASX listing. U.S.-based Viriathus Capital has been appointed Financial Advisor to support the application, certification and ongoing compliance process. The initiative aligns with Quinn’s strategic exposure to fluorspar, a U.S.-designated critical mineral for which the country remains 100% net import reliant. Quinn comprises 226 mining claims covering approximately 1,890 hectares, hosts more than 20 fluorspar occurrences and contains an 8-kilometre prospective mineralised corridor. Exploration has also defined multiple priority drill targets, while permitting and metallurgical programs continue to advance. The OTCQB quotation remains subject to completion of applicable requirements and acceptance by OTC Markets Group.
