Dexus Convenience Retail REIT Delivers Resilient FY2026 Performance and Maintains FY2027 Distribution Guidance
Dexus Convenience Retail REIT (ASX: DXC) delivered a resilient FY2026 result, supported by contracted rental growth, high occupancy and active portfolio management. Funds from operations increased 1.0% to AU$28.7 million, while FFO per security and distributions both rose to 20.9 cents, meeting guidance despite higher interest costs. Like-for-like income increased 3.0%, supported by an average rent review of 3.3%, while occupancy remained strong at 99.2% with a 7.6-year WALE. Portfolio value reached AU$779 million following a AU$27.4 million valuation uplift, contributing to a 6.0% increase in NTA per security to AU$3.86. The REIT also maintained a conservative capital position with gearing of 30.6% and continued its enlarged securities buy-back. Looking ahead, management expects to maintain FY2027 distributions at 20.9 cents per security, supported by contracted rental growth, limited near-term lease expiries and disciplined capital allocation.
