Integral Diagnostics Delivers Strong FY26 Growth and Strengthens Leadership
Integral Diagnostics Limited (ASX: IDX) reported robust preliminary FY26 results, supported by a full-year contribution from Capitol Health. Revenue is expected at AU$788 million–AU$790 million, representing approximately 25% growth, while operating EBITDA is anticipated at AU$164 million–AU$165 million, up around 30%. Operating NPAT is expected to increase approximately 50% to AU$47 million–AU$48 million. The EBITDA margin improved to around 20.8%–21.0%, broadly aligning with guidance.
IDX also strengthened its financial position, with net debt-to-operating EBITDA improving to an estimated 2.3x from 2.6x, reflecting continued deleveraging. FY26 capital expenditure was approximately AU$50 million, within guidance.
Additionally, Jenny Martin has been appointed incoming CFO and will formally assume the role on 5 October 2026, succeeding retiring CFO Craig White. Her extensive finance, healthcare technology and operational experience should support IDX’s next phase of growth and leadership transition.
