Marquee Signs Collaboration Agreement with Yantai Jinao for Mount Clement Antimony Project

Marquee Resources Limited (ASX: MQR) has entered into a preliminary, non-exclusive collaboration agreement with Yantai Jinao Environmental Protection Technology Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Yantai Jinao Holding Group Co. The partnership is intended to support the advancement of Marquee’s Mount Clement Antimony Project in Western Australia.

The agreement outlines a structured plan for metallurgical test work, flowsheet development, and the evaluation of potential investment and offtake opportunities. An initial shipment of 50 kilograms of ore from the Mount Clement site will be delivered to Yantai Jinao, where it will undergo small-scale laboratory testing, with plans to potentially progress to larger pilot-scale evaluations. Both parties will work jointly toward developing a saleable antimony concentrate and assessing a concept-to-pre-FEED pathway. Yantai Jinao’s expertise in advanced recovery technologies and sustainable metallurgical processing will provide significant technical advantages for Marquee, enabling a cost-effective development route while maintaining flexibility to engage other partners. The collaboration will progress through three structured phases over a 12-month period.
