New Age Exploration Set to Begin 4,000-metre RC Drilling at Wagyu Gold Project.

New Age Exploration Limited (ASX: NAE) has announced the signing of a contract for a 4,000-metre reverse circulation (RC) drilling campaign at the Wagyu Gold Project in Western Australia’s Central Pilbara. Drilling operations are expected to begin in mid-November 2025 after the completion of final site preparations. The program is designed to extend the strike and depth of existing gold zones while testing newly identified geophysical targets. 

Previous drilling at Wagyu has yielded encouraging gold intercepts, such as 8m @ 5.0g/t Au and 4m @ 2.5g/t Au. Situated approximately 5km west of Northern Star Resources’ 11.2Moz Hemi Gold Deposit, the project lies within the highly mineralised Mallina Basin corridor. With regulatory and heritage clearances secured, NAE aims to enhance its understanding of gold distribution and further delineate “Hemi-style” mineralisation across multiple promising targets.
