AU$3.75 Million Capital Raising to Accelerate Exploration at Wagyu and Lammerlaw Projects

New Age Exploration Limited (ASX: NAE) has announced it successfully secured AU$3.75 million in funding through a strongly supported share placement. The capital raised will advance exploration and drilling programs across the Wagyu Gold Project in the Central Pilbara, Western Australia, and the Lammerlaw Gold Project in Otago, New Zealand. The placement received robust interest from both existing investors and new institutional and high-net-worth participants.

The Wagyu project, located about five kilometres west of Northern Star’s 11.2Moz Hemi deposit, has confirmed multiple gold-bearing “Hemi Style” quartz diorite intrusives with notable alteration zones and strong mineralisation. Planned exploration includes up to 4,000 metres of reverse circulation drilling targeting strike and depth extensions of recent high-grade intercepts. Additional drilling at Lammerlaw will assess Macraes-style mineralisation targets. Managing Director Joshua Wellisch expressed confidence that the funding provides a solid foundation for aggressive exploration and significant discovery potential ahead.
