Confirmation of Acquisitions, Execution of NBIO, and Appointment of CFO

Prime Financial Group Ltd (ASX: PFG) has confirmed two strategic acquisitions, the execution of a Non-Binding Indicative Offer (NBIO) for a potential wealth acquisition, and the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In its Business segment, Prime has acquired accounting clients generating approximately AU$1.2 million in annual revenue, with total consideration up to AU$2.52 million, including the issue of 4.3 million shares across four tranches.

In the Wealth segment, Prime has secured a business generating around AU$500,000 in annual revenue, with total consideration of up to AU$1.5 million and up to 2.63 million shares to be issued over four years. Additionally, Prime has executed a confidential NBIO to acquire a company providing investment research and fund management services, expected to contribute about AU$4 million in annual revenue if completed. Prime also announced the appointment of Sharon Papworth as CFO, effective 27 October 2025.
