Evion Completes AU$2.3 million Placement Led by Atlas Strategic Assets Inc.

Evion Group NL (ASX: EVG) has successfully raised approximately AU$2.3 million through a share placement at AU$0.021 per share, led by US-based Atlas Strategic Assets Inc. Atlas Assets, whose advisory council includes high-profile US leaders, will invest about AU$1.843 million for a 15.92% stake in Evion. Funds will support the expansion of Evion’s expandable graphite production facility in India and exploration of a similar plant in the United States to strengthen allied industrial and defense supply chains.

Managing Director David Round said the investment validates Evion’s Maniry Project in Madagascar and its strategic role in the global critical minerals sector. Atlas Assets’ CFO Richard M. Jones praised Evion’s mission to establish a secure, ethical supply chain for expandable graphite. The placement was managed by BurnVoir Corporate Finance and GBA Capital Pty Ltd, with share settlement and quotation expected by late October 2025.
