Elanor Commercial Property Fund Reaffirms FY26 Distribution Guidance

Elanor Commercial Property Fund (ASX: ECF) has announced a Q1FY26 distribution of 1.625 cents per security, reaffirming its FY26 guidance of 6.5 cents per security. The fund secured two major leases totaling 1,733m² and signed five new Heads of Agreement covering 1,159m² across its key assets, including 50 Cavill Avenue, Workzone West, 19 Harris Street, and Limestone Centre. Notable agreements include a 674m² lease with Smarter Communities and 1,059m² leased to Open Colleges. ECF also successfully refinanced and extended its debt facility to November 2027, providing enhanced financial stability. The distribution ex-date is 29 September 2025, with payment scheduled for 6 November 2025. As an externally managed REIT, Elanor Commercial Property Fund continues to invest in Australian commercial office assets, focusing on stable income returns and capital growth for its investors
