Perenti Expands Syndicated Debt Facility to AU$650 Million

Oct 24, 2025

Perenti Limited (ASX: PRN), a diversified mining services group, has successfully refinanced its existing AU$445 million syndicated debt facility, securing a new AU$650 million facility on improved pricing and terms. The refinancing was significantly oversubscribed, expanding the company’s banking syndicate with both new and existing domestic and international institutions. The facility offers enhanced flexibility with maturities of three, four, and five years from financial close, expected around 31 October 2025. It strengthens Perenti’s capital structure alongside its US$350 million Senior Unsecured Notes due in April 2029, ensuring ample liquidity to fund operations and growth initiatives. CFO Michael Ellis highlighted increased investor confidence in Perenti’s financial resilience, underpinned by strong free cash flow and diversified earnings. CEO Mark Norwell emphasised disciplined capital allocation aligned with the company’s refreshed strategy to deliver sustainable shareholder returns and long-term value
