Pivotal Metals Secures AU$5.4 million to Accelerate Quebec Exploration

Pivotal Metals Limited (ASX: PVT) has successfully raised AU$5.4 million through institutional and Canadian Flow-Through Share placements to advance its high-grade copper and gold exploration portfolio in Quebec, Canada. The funding—strongly backed by leading investors including Matthew Latimore—will expedite drilling at the Belleterre Project, focusing on the newly identified Alotta conductor, which sits below prior high-grade copper-nickel-PGM intersections. Drilling is scheduled to commence in December 2025, alongside an IP survey at the high-grade Lorraine Mine gold target.

Pivotal’s portfolio also includes the Horden Lake Project, containing a JORC-compliant resource of 37 Mt @ 1.1% CuEq, encompassing copper, nickel, palladium, and gold. The company aims to expand this resource while de-risking it through engineering and environmental studies. The successful funding positions Pivotal to unlock further value across its underexplored Quebec assets.
