AVA Appoints Industry Veteran to Accelerate Global Commercial Expansion
Ava Risk Group Limited (ASX: AVA) has appointed Bryant Henson as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, effective 24 August 2026, marking a significant leadership milestone as the Company enters its next phase of global growth. Henson brings more than two decades of executive experience across defence, aerospace, critical infrastructure and technology markets, having previously held senior leadership roles at Otis Worldwide, L3Harris Technologies and Lockheed Martin. His appointment reflects AVA's strategic focus on accelerating commercial execution, expanding its presence in the United States and strengthening long-term shareholder value. The Company has recently broadened its footprint across airports, defence, national security, energy infrastructure, communications networks and data centres in the US, while continuing to pursue opportunities across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Based in the United States, Henson will lead AVA's global operations and drive market expansion through strategic partnerships, customer growth and commercial execution across its critical infrastructure security business.
