Toubani Advances Kobada Development as Construction and Financing Progress on Schedule
Toubani Resources Limited (ASX: TRE) has reported continued progress at its Kobada Gold Project in Mali, with construction advancing on schedule across multiple workstreams as the Company moves towards targeted first gold production in the third quarter of calendar 2027. During the period, process plant construction commenced, while key infrastructure, including the water storage dam and turkey's nest, was completed, and the airstrip and accommodation camp continued progressing. Fabrication of process plant components also advanced, with structural steel, ball mill and power generation equipment progressing towards shipment. In parallel, Toubani commenced an updated Mineral Resource Estimate to support final mine planning and pre-production activities, while operational readiness programmes were initiated across construction and operations teams. Following completion of its gold streaming agreement and strategic equity financing, the Company is preparing for the first financing drawdown this month, with an additional working capital facility also progressing during the current quarter.
